5. On the Ground
25 May '87The crew squeaks through Gibraltar and is able to shake off pursuit to arrive safely in Spain. The atmosphere is jubilant until an aerial attack forces the boat to the ocean floor. Air in the boat quickly becomes scarce.

6. In the Homeland
01 Jun '87Spirits are high as the Old Man gets the boat afloat again. With its last strength U96 heads home for La Rochelle, France. But a final attack is yet to come and the crew is plunged into a deadly inferno.
