Sacred Games Season 2 Release Date. How Many Seasons Will There Be?

Sacred Games is the first Indian Original Netflix series starring Bollywood stars and is directed by Vikramaditya Motwane. This thriller and action packed series is set in the roads of Mumbai and shows the chase between an honest cop and a gangster. Season 1 comprises of eight episodes which are each an hour long. The series is based on Vikram Chandra's novel by the same name.

This series is so addictive that it definitely makes you wonder will there be a season 2? The way season 1 comes to a halt shows the various possibilities in which the show can return with a second season. Moreover, there is news that the filming of season 2 will begin by September this year. It is also believed that Anurag Kashyap will take the direction of season 2 under him. It is said that there won't just be two seasons but rather four seasons with eight episodes each. So for all those eagerly waiting for season 2, your wait shall be over soon!
