The dark, gory universe of Muzaffarnagar is ruled by Shaukeen and the Dhedha Brothers, i.e. Chintoo and Pintoo Dhedha. Bunty Jhaal is successfully traced by the police, but, he escapes nude into the field to save his life. As part of police reforms, Naveen Sikhera decides to revoke the cases of ‘history-sheeters’. He calls a Panchayat in Purbaliya to give a closure to a thousand such cases. Not only that, in the defunct police station of Muzzafarnagar, a surveillance centre is set up under inspector Vinod. Cracks have started appearing in Hussainpur, as the rift between Faruq and Naazneen, Shaukeen’s mistress have started increasing. Aslam Rana, Shaukeen’s pillar of support, seems anxious, by these happenings. In a meeting with Shaukeen, he pressurizes him to take action against Sikhera. Shaukeen, decides to entrap the SSP by involving Bunty Jhaal.

Vikram Tyagi’s father is called by Faruq to ‘Company Baag’ with money. Sikhera and his team follow the old man. But Faruq is shrewd enough to split his men; he asks Salim and Alam to go with Vikram to a cinema hall and the rest accompany him to meet Tyagi’s father. As the old man presents a bag full of money to Faruq, in return he gets a ticket of the film theatre where his son is present with his goons.

After defending his actions in front of the commissioner, Naveen is commanded to escort the deputy CM coming tomorrow for campaigning. Shaukeen, back from Nepal is infuriated; he decides to bring Faruq from the premises of the court. Since, Naveen Sikhera has been diverted to the rally of Deputy CM, he entrusts Rajesh, his driver with the responsibility of taking Faruq to the court.

As the day of judgement is getting closer, Shaukeen gives Naazneen a list containing the whereabouts of the graves where he has hidden money. On the same night, Salim mixes a drug in Shaukeen’s soup and abducts him to a distant field, near Faridpur highway. When Sikhera reaches the location, he finds Salim hanging on a tree. There are no words after this, only the sound of guns and fire.
