Ra one is a complete disaster. How SRK promoted the movie...i thought it would be a record breaking movie providing the audience a lot of enjoyment. But watching this movie reminds me of flop film like love story 2050. Weak scripts, illogical concepts, boring actions & vulgar comedy made the movie a kind of B grade action film. I have rated 2 only because the animation work.
However i want to give credit to film casts for good acting. Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal & SRK have acted brilliantly. Especially young Arman was very impressive.
RA ONE reminds us that only big budget, big casts or good animation are not enough to make a film evergreen. It requires something which the film doesn't have at all.......

The movie was stunning. You have to give full credits to Farhan Akhtar. His way of presenting the previously said story is completely unmatchable. At times, the movie was way over the top of exaggeration but in the end everything falls in place. The movie was fast tracked at many places and many sequences were skipped that were present in the previous version. Some plots were twisted to bring in the modern day touch and nothing seemed unnecessary. The sequences were copied very much to the exactness of the situation and it was a good effort to bring back the charisma that a personality like Don should have. One more special thing about this movie is its climax, which was not at all stereotype. One would not expect such a thing in bollywood movies and yet it was brilliantly done. I would say DON was an overall entertainer and is definitely worth a watch.

shahrukh khan is back.As we all know that his earlier movie Ra one doesn't match with the expectations.This time Don 2 will exceed your expectations.Everything is good in this movie.Farhan Akhtar's direction,story,screenplay and acting by star cast , everything is excellent.Farhan Akhtar story narration is perfect.There are lot of car chases and action sequences in the movie which are superb.we can say the action sequences are all logical and are not seen before in any bollywood movie.i would go with 9 stars to this movie but i give extra star just because of SRK !!!.Shahrukh khan is perfect in this film.He acts with so ease and gives charisma to his character.he portrays the role of Don beautifully . Those who are not fans of Shahrukh khan must watch this movie.They will definitely start liking him because his performance in this movie is endearing.So its the best bollywood movie of 2011 and all of you must watch it with your family.The movie has a repeat value too because of its BAAP DIALOGUES !!! and Shahrukh khan's performance.Go For IT !

Last movie by Late Yash chopra ji who is known for one of the best romantic movies till date. It has everything one could wish in a great classic love story. Story by Aditya Chopra is superb,the best thing about the scipt is its unpredictability which is rare in a romantic movie. Screenplay is not so great but good. Beautiful locations were always an important ingredient in a Yash chopra movie and this movie is just like poetry on motion. A.R Rehman's music is just awesome and every song is perfectly pictured Length of the movie never seemed a deterrent for me, in fact i wish it could be more. Shahrukh's one of the finest performances is the best thing about the movie. Katrina is not a brilliant actor we know but its her best work till date , she worked hard in this movie. Anushka played the character of a 21 yr old girl and she played it beautifully. Finally all i can say is that its a treat for every SRK fan and if u'r not a King khan fan and still u'r looking for a Romantic movie u'll never regret your decision.

As expected Chennai express turned out to be the worst movie i've ever seen.Cheap comedy,pathetic acting and mindless action.This movie is for people who love watching disgusting movies like Son of Sardar,Yamla Pagla Deewana,Ready,Bodyguard etc.I really felt that Sharukh Khan would never make such worthless movies but now it seems he too is like other cheap actors of bollywood.I feel really sad for bollywood where movies like Udaan,Paan Singh Tomar are treated insignificant by majority of our audiences and meaningless movies like Chennai express,Ready earn crores.Directors like Rohit Shetty should be put behind bars for making this piece of crap.I wonder why this shitty filmmakers complain of piracy.Do they really deserve to earn money?Is this called filmmaking?I hope someday people will realize this and bollywood will produce more intellectual movies.

2 States is the on screen adaptation of the popular novel 2states of the same name..
The Dialogues of the Movie are the high point and while some are borrowed from the book the rest are new,refreshing and impactful.. The movie is breezy,light and colorful.. Performance from all the actors are top notch..
If you have read the novel then let me tell you its not better than the novel and nothing is new.. but for the majority who haven't its a really good movie too have come after a long time.. Its humorous and sends out a message at the same time but not being too serious..Its real and refreshing..but on the other side for those who have watched it might turn out to be predictable, dragging & boring..

Tom Hanks has a knack. Somehow he can take the most inane sounding plots and make them work. In Forest Gump, he made the story of a slow, idiot savante memorable. In Castaway, he spent an hour and a half on a desert island with nothing but a volleyball, and yet we sat through it. Now, he takes a story which takes place entirely within JFK Airport and makes it very enjoyable and entertaining.
This movie is not perfect, mind you. As much as I appreciated it, about 3/4 of the way through I definitely noticed that the movie had slowed. Not unpleasantly so, but noticeably.
Also, as much as this movie was billed as a Tom Hanks and Catherine Zeta-Jones movie, it really wasn't. Tom Hanks was amazing, and while he was certainly enamored of her, there wasn't much screen time or much screen chemistry between them. Instead of sitting there wishing they could finally be together, you may find yourself wondering why he's even bothering. Yes, she's certainly beautiful, but what else is there?
All in all though, I really enjoyed the movie. All the actors turned in solid performances, and it was well scripted. Stanley Tucci and Hanks worked well off of each other and the supporting characters kept the movie flowing. The movie teaches you to have a little optimism in life, and make the most of a situation. Navorski gets a quarter for every luggage cart he returns and manages to have his own private feast from his rewards.
One final remark for Hanks. Nobody else could have played that role. Any other actor would have either lost our attention from the beginning, or overacted it like a high school Shakespeare production. Kudos to Tom.

My Sister saw this at pogo and talked about it for days. It was much better than expected. It is short enough (78 minutes) to hold her attention. The show holds up well for repeated adult viewing. But make no mistake, this is a kid's movie, not good enough for an adult to watch on their own.

I've seen some of the episodes of this show, I don't regularly watch it but If I'm bored I may watch it on occasion. At times I laugh but only from the penguins. Considering the name of the show that should be the primary focus. Unfortunately the lemurs were thrown in. The only one that really grinds my gears is King Julian. In the movies he was usually at least a somewhat amusing character, in this series his personality is incredibly irritating. That is my only big issue with the series. The other non-penguin characters are at least passable, if not all too humorous. Expect the same from the penguins. If anything, this show should focus more or only on their military-style antics.

Madagascar is one of those movies excellent movies that Hollywood can make because it is truly perfect for all ages. The jokes are there, the visual effects are there, and the timing is almost perfect. Everyone is back in fighting form, the lion, the zebra, the giraffe and the hippo. Of course, let's not forget my personal favorite, the Penguins, who were the best part of the previous two and stole this show as well. When I left the theater there was clapping from young and old alike because it was just a fun ride.
I saw this movie in 2D so I can't tell you if the 3D is worth it or not.
