Spiderman 2 directed by cult director Sam Raimi(Evil Dead Trilogy) has to be the one of the best comic book adaptations. this movie has it all romance, action and a great story.
Spiderman 2 is without a doubt the best in the trilogy.
In this movie Peter Parker is losing his powers because of an unknown reason. Peter goes into a clinic and explains to the doctor that he has a dream were he is Spiderman and he is losing his powers. The doctor response is "maybe your not suppose to be doing those things." Peter focuses on that and has a flashback were he is talking to uncle Ben. Peter decides to be "Spiderman, no more." That story is what made this movie great, and of course the fighting scene in the train with Doc Ock.

I have seen this movie about 8 times now and I still think that it's good. Tobey Maguire is awesome as Peter Parker, a geek who gets super powers after being bitten by a genetically altered spider. Kirsten Dunst does good as Mary Jane and I enjoyed the kiss between her and Spiderman. Willem Dafoe is an excellent example of a great villain. He was awesome. The only problem I had with this is that it looked so fake. the computer animated was too strong, which isn't a good thing in my mind.

Jurassic Park is fantastic ! It has a great direction thanks to Steven Spilberg and a very good script thanks to Michael Crichton ! In my (and many others) opinion this is the BEST dinosaur movie. It has much action, suspense, a little bit of drama, scary parts, fantastic parts; and all this make from Jurassic Park a great movie ! Enjoy it !

Jurassic Park II isn't a bad film. It has wonderful direction, an interesting story, great visuals, but it's just not as great as the first; albeit, rarely any sequel is. The film is certainly very entertaining - at least the beginning, some scenes here and there, and the ending.
I particularly liked the scene where the bus flipped over and Julianne Moore fell onto the window above the sea. It was purely thrilling. She and Jeff Goldblum give the greatest performances of a talented bunch.
There's not much I can say about this film. I didn't find it bad, and I didn't find it all that good; but I don't want to criticise nor praise this film too much, so I'll leave it at this: it's decent, worth a watch for any Spielberg fan.

Extremely bad follow up to the Lost World manages to not only contradict what was set forth with the first two movies but manages to destroy the series as a whole with a plot less story that not only insults the viewer but manages to kill a few brain sells a long the way. Sam Neil Kills his career even more with a very hammy performance, and the cast in general is so annoying that you want the dinosaurs to kill them. The Special Effects are a few steps behind the last film, and the Spinosauris is able to change shape during different parts of the film. This movie is so bad, that I don't even consider it a Jurassic Park film, and anyone who even dares say that it's even better than the first or the second (which despite it's flaws manages to entertain in a way this movies only dreams of doing) should be a shame of themselves.
Avoid at all cost. You'll thank me in the morning.

I never went through the ardent teeny bopper fan phase even in my teens. But amusingly enough, this is probably the closest I have been to that "ardent fan" title, having seen the movie more than an acceptable number of times.
Hrithik is an absolute pleasure to watch. Besides his great looks and The Bod, he is completely comfortable and un-self conscious on screen, moves like a gazelle, could probably dance rings around Ricky Martin and HEY- he is a good actor too! He has a double role and plays both convincingly. He completely changes his persona from shy and unassuming to a charmer who can walk the walk and talk the talk. I loved the second half of the movie even more. He acts with his whole body.
The songs are infinitely hum-able. Ameesha, although occasionally stiff while dancing, and hams a couple of times- but few enough for her first film; has done a great job overall. Specially her hysterical scenes are brilliantly done.
Very entertaining movie. The action scenes are well shot, the cinematography is great (specially with the ship) the dialogues are contemporary, witty and well-written. Rakesh Roshan has taken a typical Bollywood movie and made it with a kind of sincerely that seems like respect for the audience, not just a successful launch for his son

Having watched this movie some 25-odd times I could talk about this movie over and over again. It is a Story of a guy named Karan Shergill who comes from well to do family and has nothing better to do other than to hang with his friends and enjoy all the luxuries of life hard earned by his father , Karan has nothing permanent in his life other than his love interest played by Preity Zinta who comes from an highly educated background is serious of becoming a journalist . Karan's seriousness towards his career in life could be felt and seen as he keeps repeating things heard from here and there and decides to join army inspired by seeing Anold Schwarznegger's action flick. As he joins the army against his family wishes his non-serious nature comes into limelight as he runs away from military academy, Seeing Zinta's reaction to this, he simply could not bear the pain and disrespect in their eyes and decides to go back and join the army again in order to win back the respect of his parents and Zinta. As soon as he passes from the academy he is posted to defend his nation for Kargil war where his regiment lead by Amitabh Bachan is given the task of vacating peak 5179 from intruders. The movie is a must watch with beautiful work of cinematography and locations of north India which will provide you a real warlike feel. The various war operations like briefing, patrolling and how wars are actually carried out are well defined and shot. The emotions of loss of fellow soldier, respect for enemy and importance of little laugh and goofing up at war-time for soldier is well taken care of describing what soldier goes through in those situations, the movie does not losses its hold in justifying its title and rightly depicts struggle of a youth for realizing an aim as anybody has to go through pain in realizing his/her potential and aim. Don't miss the scenes which depicts KARAN'S estranged relationship with his Dad that tells us in a very practical way that people are not like as they behave to us and the kind of time and attention they provide us. I would have gone with 4.5/5 for Farhan Akhtar's LAKSHYA but just because i could empathize with lead character well played by Hritik and wonderful instrumental track of "Seperation" & "Victory" .

this one is easily one of the finest Hindi films ever. with flawless direction, mesmerizing locations, pleasant music and some stunning performances by almost everyone in the cast, this really makes for a great movie experience.
Vidhu Vinod Chopra captures the essence of Kashmir so beautifully that by the end of the movie you actually start feeling proud to have such a heavenly place in your country. the story revolves around a boy(hrithik roshan), whose family was killed in a terrorist encounter by the IG of the state(sunjay dutt). the story does justice to every character's point of view and everyone's act looks logical with no loopholes. the movies raises a hope that after all the mishaps that's going in kashmir, there will be peace. after the dark, there will be a morning. and love and peace will en cover the Kashmir. the Dal lake will again be filled with heavenly water replacing the live explosives....... in the end your eyes will be wet but heart still feeling great...!! simply a must watch...!!

Is Jodha Akbar worth a watch...It definitely is.
Its probably the most beautiful movie shot, every single detail is well made, and AG has put a good effort in the movie.
The acting is Superb from Hritik, and Aish and specially ILa Arun.
I don't know if the movie will be a Blockbuster, cause its a very expensive movie, but the lack of no big releases the movie will create a Hype and will be a winner all the way. And it sure deserves it.
The only negative thing is that its too long.
Go watch the movie, you will not regret it. Hritik is the next Superstar.

Dharma Productions' KABHI KHUSHI KABHIE GHAM, written-directed by Karan Johar, is one film that strikes the right balance between form and content.
Assembling a mammoth star cast like this must've been a Herculean task. But justifying each of the characters merits the highest praise. With KABHI KHUSHI KABHIE GHAM, Karan Johar proves that KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI was no flash in the pan. With KABHI KHUSHI KABHIE GHAM, the young director confirms the fact that he is the brightest in film firmament.
SRK was brilliant! Some people think he overacts etc but to tell you the truth, i really don't. What he does...his crying everything is the way he conveys his emotions to the audience. And i think he does it really well. Kajol was really cute. She was awesome. A brilliant actress, she is. Everyone was good...Amitabh, SRK, Jayabaduri, Kajol etc. Kareena really annoyed me a lot though but i guess her character is probably meant to be like that.
I absolutely enjoyed the comedy. Kajol and SRK...both were fantastic. And don't forget Johnny Lever! Haha.
This is a must for all of you. You have to watch it!
