Mr. Das is an Indian comedy web series by Cheers! It revolves around Mr. Das, a marketing manager caught in a vicious life cycle. He has a boss who hates him, has no personal or social life and is still struggling to make his mark. He is a regular man with a 9-6 job who faces the same everyday problems a commoner faces and that is why a lot of people may see themselves as the protagonists. Kumar Varun is a terrific actor but underutilized in the show. The rest of the cast doesn't even require a mention. One thing that might bug a lot of people is that the opening credits are way too long. There is nothing which will make you appreciate the show let alone completing it.

Imperfect is an Indian comedy series by The Zoom Studios. It depicts the story of a girl who lives more in her fantasy world than the real. The show is very relatable since we all have a moment when we escape reality. The lead, Samridhi Dewan excels in her role and is supported by solid performances. Despite having a promising start, the show doesn't really give you much to hold on and you finish it just for the sake of completing it. The quirks of the characters are enjoyable and work well with the humor. A mediocre show with a mediocre writing.

Flames is an Indian teenage drama web series by The Timeliners. It follows the story of 4 friends in a tuition class and their relationships. The show is all about innocent love and is quite sweet. What is amazing is it that the every character gets enough time to establish themselves and give them an arc of their own. Writing is truly commendable. It manages to capture the feelings of teenagers in realistic manner and us it to their advantage. The episodes have apt duration and keep you hooked on to your screen. The lead cast gets the job done.

Baap Baap Hota Hai is an Indian comedy web series by The Screen Patti. It portrays the dynamic between a father and son. The show does not offer much and is solely dependent on individual performances. The situations shown are also very cliched and do not contribute to the humor quotient. It is very mediocre and that is it. I find it hard to describe anything more about it. The only thing funny about the show is the protagonists' accents and their relationship with each other. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

Talkies is a web series by Filter Copy. It consists of stand alone episodes each featuring different actors. The episodes revolve around two protagonists having a discussion on a topic which can seemingly change their lives. The great thing about the show is the topics which are discussed in each episode bear no resemblance to each other and are of great variety. The arguments put forth by both the parties make for an engaging and interesting discussion and keep you entertained. Watching this show will make you think just how important a talk can be. Good heartfelt discussions make for a good watch.

Hum Tum is a an Indian comedy series by The Screen Patti. It follows the story of two college mates Tanvi and Kishor. Something which you will instantly like is the dynamic between them. The episodes are short and sweet and are driven by emotions between the two protagonists. There is no real sense of progression and all the episodes feel like stand alone. The actors are effective and effortless and do not have shortcomings. Being a comedy series, it doesn't have big laughs but you will find yourself smiling throughout the episode. Watch this for some amazing camaraderie between two friends.

Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare is an Indian comedy web series by Amazon Prime Video.It stars Zakir Khan and that's all you need to know to get you to start watching it. This is Zakir's first web series and along with being the protagonist he has written three episodes as well. Based on an interesting premise, it follows the story of a 26 year old who often finds him in tricky situations because of his lies. The series is fun to watch. In the initial episodes, the romantic angle feels a bit forced and looks like Zakir is being held down but in the later episodes, he does what he does best, comedy and elevating the emotional content. Zakir Khan is an honest performer and it is visible. A total one man show.

Selection Day is an Indian sports web series by Netflix. It is based on the novel of the same name by Aravind Adiga. It follows the story of two brothers trying to make it big into Indian cricket assisted by their cricket obsessed father. Cricket is a game we all know and love but only a few know what goes on behind the curtains, the game is not as pure as it seems. The cast is magical. Every moment you see is every moment you love. Watch this for a realistic depiction of cricket and the politics involved in it, you will connect with characters and become involved in their journey. Selection Day is not perfect but worth your time for sure.

Medically Yourrs is an Indian drama web series by ALT Balaji. It is a teen drama set in a medical college depicting the chaotic life of students. The good thing is that the college life portrayed is realistic and not exaggerated to bollywood level. The is decent but does not really have any momentum. You will be interested in the first two episodes and then after that it's a dismayed event. Apart from Shantanu Maheshwari's character none of the cast have anything remotely important to do. Watch this at your own risk.

Apharan is an Indian action suspense thriller by ALT Balaji. It follows the story of a cop tricked into kidnapping a girl at the mother's behest, at first it looks like a simple case of extortion but how the plan goes haywire is all what this show is about. Arunoday Singh is brilliant as the protagonist and gives a solid performance and so does the supporting cast. The show has the right mixture of humor and drama. The dialogues are impactful and entertaining. After an array of web series, Apharan is ALT Balaji's finest work. It is full masala and completely worth your time.
