A good movie with some witty dialogues and a predictable plot (that doesn't matter because you'll like it anyway).
One of those NYC rom-coms you can't get enough of. This movie doesn't take itself seriously (that's a positive aspect of it) and it won't baffle your mind. And yet it succeeds in winning you over.

The wannabe Sherlock Holmes protagonist, after a few introductory gimmicks, soon fizzles out and resorts to fancy dressing.

I would have loved to give a negative rating for this convoluted mess. Compared to this, the first part is a hundred times better. And that's from a guy who hated the first part.

A good movie well worth your time. I can see why people might want to jump the gun and call it a movie 'inspired' by The Shawshank Redemption. But the comparison is unfair. After all, when it comes to jailbreaks there are only so few ways to accomplish it.
The movie has got excellent cinematography, especially in the beginning sequences, and a talented bunch of actors to make you want to sit through.
