This TV Series is like a bad marriage, starts off with a bang but escalates as time passes by. Initially The Big Bang theory(till season 5) was full of jokes and fun. But after that they started Cracking the same jokes and it became boring and stiff. Another reason why Show lost it's shine was because they started to change the character sketch of Sheldon by introducing Amy as his love interest. However Howard's jokes still gives us a few chuckles and hence makes the show bearable. Starting writing new jokes or please end the show

Supernatural is about two brothers fighting all the evil present in america. Initially the series is very interesting as we get to see a lot of folk lore come to life . But after season 6 the storyline seemed repetitive and became too melodramatic. Every season one of the brother dies and the other saves him from hell or heaven. They also stretched the angels arc a bit too much which made the series even more boring. The funny moments between Sam and Dean gives us a few chuckles but the story is too weak to be continued. I hope they put the show out of it's misery soon enough.

Into the wild is an adaptation of the 1996 non-fiction book by Jon Krakauer based on the travels of Christopher McCandless across North America and his life spent in the Alaskan wilderness in the early 1990s. There is a time after graduating where you start thinking about what you want in life, and the protagonist deals with the same issues. This is the time that when you will try to figure out who you are. We are always busy with fitting into the society and miss out on the beautiful things that nature offers us. Christopher McCandless starts to experience things in life like unconditional love, joy and pain after he starts his Journey to Alaska to live in the wilderness. Emile Hirsch plays the role of Christopher McCandless. His character required a fun loving person and Hirsch aced it. Eric Gautier's cinematography is one of the key features of the movie which made it lovable by capturing the picturesque locations of America. Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam Fame) has composed some soul wrenching music which will appeal to your inner emotions. Last but not the least Sean Penn has done an exceptional job of visualizing the script and bringing out the best in the cast and crew. This was one movie which I was able to relate too. To those people who are doing some soul searching i recommend you to watch this movie.

Matchstick Men is a movie about the life of a con artist named Roy Waller who has severe obsessive-compulsive disorder. He works along with his protégé Frank Mercer. One day Roy's daughter shows up and his life starts to change for good. He starts to let his daughter into his life and what happens next will leave you amazed. Nicholas Cage was able to pull off the role of Roy Waller with ease. His acting as an OCD con artist was so believable. Sam Rockwell gives us a good performance as the sidekick of Roy , Frank Mercer. His smooth dialogue delivery and his slick attitude was able to get the job done. Alison Lohman's role as Roy's needy, frustrated teenage Daughter was fantastic too. The cinematography of the movie was very good. The beauty of the cinematography was they were able to capture Roy's OCD moments without leaving out any minute details. The screenplay was written by Ted Griffin and Nicholas Griffin. The construction of the characters were very good and we get a good idea about how the character thinks and how he reacts to different situations. Finally coming to Direction, Ridley Scott has done a good job in bringing out the best of the cast which in turn makes the movie very enjoyable.

Love can travel through time, dimensions or anything. Interstellar is a tale about the undying love between a daughter and her father embedded in a space adventure. Many people discuss a lot about the scientific part of the movie and forget that the main emphasis of the movie was on the different relationships that the human beings shared. Director Nolan helps us see the emotional drama through his direction. The screenplay and script keeps us craving for more. Another positive aspect of the movie is the acting of Matthew Mcconaughey's. He was able to melt our hearts with his emotional acting and dialogues. Hans Zimmer's music was so good that you will feel the music flowing through your veins. It takes to a peaceful place. The visual effects were top notch and was able to capture our imagination of the black hole and the outer space. A tear or two will be shed by the end of the movie.

Fox came up with a brilliant idea of doing an origins story about the different characters in the Batman universe. This was how Gotham came into existence. The lead character in this show is Detective James Gordon and his sidekick is Harvey Bullock. In season 1 they started of well but lost their way in between which led to the drop in the ratings. The Power struggle arc was very poorly scripted and hence the show became boring. But they started to make changes towards the end of season 1 and continued the good work till season 2 episode 3. As season 2 started the intensity of the show increased and with the introduction of new arcs and characters. I hope they build on the good start to season 2 and reach it's true potential.

A taxi driver is a person who knows the nook and corner of the city and the things that happen there. Travis Bickle is an honorably discharged U.S. Marine who becomes a taxi driver to cope with his chronic insomnia. He can't stand the street crime and prostitution that he witnesses when he drives around the city. As days go by his frustration and anger pushes him to take extreme measures. Will he be able to the quench his thirst for justice? That you'll have to find out after watching the movie. Robert De Niro plays the role of Travis Bickle who thinks the world is a gutter and needs to be cleaned. The character requires a rebellious attitude and De Niro portrays that attitude with ease. The cinematography shows us the different shades of the city brilliantly. Martin Scorsese's direction is brilliant as usual.

Pudhupettai is a movie of how a high school boy after experiencing some traumatic events in his life hacks and slashes his way up to the top of the Mafia tree. Left with no food and shelter, Kokki Kumar(Dhanush) understands that life is a rough game and plays it on his own terms. With the help of his determination and never say die attitude he murders some important Dons and spreads fear across the city. The rest of the story shows us the different problems that he faces during his reign. Dhanush's performance as Kokki Kumar is perfect as he carries the character with ease. The screenplay and script helps him to showcase his acting skills and also keeps this movie interesting for us. Selvaraghavan has given us some mind blowing movies and Pudhupettai is one of them. The songs in the movie is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja is very catchy and enjoyable. He has done a very good job with the BGM too.

I had low expectations for this movie,even after that it found a way to disappoint me. Chennai Express is this clichéd Bollywood movie where the Hero fights the goons to win the girl over. I'm from TamilNadu and you don't see everyone carrying a knife everywhere. If you want someone to play the role of a Tamil girl please pick an actress from TamilNadu not some girl from Bangalore who can't speak in tamil fluently. Tanghaballi is supposed to speak in proper tamil instead he speaks in broken tamil. Stupid fight sequences and a huge amount of overacting from Shah Rukh Khan made me hate the movie even more. Rohit Shetty's direction was so bad that i would never set foot on the Chennai Express.

Luther is an approachable version of Sherlock Holmes. Sherlock seems to be perfect without any imperfections, but Luther is much more relatable and also he proves the fact that all humans aren't perfect. This is one fine TV show which takes us through the life of a British Cop who tries to balance his personal life with his work. He is a gifted with excellent detective skills but his gift also gets him into some sticky situations. Idris Elba's role as John Luther is flawless. He portrays the role of a pain stricken man whose life is being torn apart , which he nailed it. For all those who wants to watch a good detective TV series i suggest you watch Luther.
