The Devil All The Time
7/10. I enjoyed this ride of 'THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME' but didn't love it, and cant settle my mind on on things. One of the problems i had with it is the pacing, I felt like one time it wanted to be a thriller and the next a mystery. But then I started to like it, because of how it matches with the individual story lines that meet together in the film. What I am trying to say is that, the pacing felt so jarring in one moment, and the next I kinda liked it?. I really don't know how to feel about this. I was sooo ready to call this trash but ended up liking it.... till the 1 hour mark where everything just kind of stops, I didn't really feel anything but boredom, this easily could be explained... |
