Mr. Das is a chuckle some web series that offers quite a few laughs but somehow tugs at your heart strings for its realism and practical storyline. The cat and mouse chase between the snarky boss and the hand working yet frustrated sales manager who is tired and troubled by both, his professional as well as personal life. The show kind of feels like a reincarnation of ‘Horrible bosses’ in Indian tadka. A few moments that I liked in the show were Mr. Das’ interaction with his boss regarding his resignation or with his fellow co-workers regarding his tough life. The show is quite a good watch with an amazing cast that played their role to the peak.

Dobi reviewed Mr. Das
Seeing Kumar Varun in the character of Mr. Das was interesting for me to watch since I've only seen him being the 'creepy office guy' in Better Life Foundation. Unlike BLF where Anirban aka Kumar Varun's character is seemingly satisfied with his job, Das on the other hand, is frustrated with his job and things aren't great on his personal life front as well. The storyline itself is something that you have seen a couple of times before, be it in movies or tv series, therefore being a hella trite. However, Kumar Varun as Das and Navin Kaushik who's his boss have done a good job. Overall, a nice show.

Its is a Cheers Original web series, you can find it on their YouTube channel. Mr. Das is the man who has everything , a good job, a fulfilling life and what we all wish for. But as we all know everything that looks perfect from the outside has little nooks and cracks between them, and through this web series we get to know about them. The lead character is Buddhatiya Das played by Kumar Varun who is an amazing actor, and soo versatile.
So as the web series begins with the basic introduction of the characters and we get to know that Das is working as a sales man and he's tried a few times to resign from his job but it all comes down to him about all his EMI's and all the bills to pay. And as we move ahead in the series we see that his personal life is also falling in shambles, and his apartment /house things aren't in place either. He has some issues with his roommate and things aren't necessarily working out for him. For all his office worries he vents them to his colleagues who sympathizes with him but not clearly tell him what he should do. There's is lot more to unravel as the episodes move ahead. Everyone must watch is to have a good time and to enjoy Mr. Das.

Dustbin reviewed Mr. Das
The web series is about a young man who seems to have it all – a good job, a good job in Mumbai and a comfortable lifestyle. However, as we delve into his life, we see that all’s not what it seems. Kumar Varun is the titular character, Buddhaditya Das, who’s working as a sales manager for boss who’s all fire and brimstone. Every interaction with him leads to Buddha trying to resign, but it all crumbles down when Buddha’s reminded of his EMIs and other loans. However, he vents out to his office colleagues, who sympathize with him, but only give him an earful about whatever he’s going through. That’s not all, his personal life is in doldrums as well. His girlfriend dumps him, his car gets towed and his parasite of a room mate doesn’t even leave him food at the end of the day. That’s what we got to know in the first episode, and we are sure the story will only begin unravelling as we go further.
Kumar Varun is doing a good job of playing a character who’s committedly frustrated because what’s going on in his personal as well as his professional life. Naveen Kaushik, who plays the boss from hell does a good job, and his character could be an integral one for the storyline.
Overall this web series is worth watching.

Ankit Minz reviewed Mr. Das
Mr. Das a Cheers Original web series released in 2019. The series revolves around the life of Buddhaditya Das who is a sales manager in a company. He has a nice job except for his boss who is always angry with him and doesn’t appreciate his work. The story is about life, work, hardships and finding love when you didn’t expect to. He had the worst day at work and during the same day, he had a breakup. The series was good but it wasn’t that engaging and I didn’t like it much. The story of the series is average. It is suitable for adult audience and the working class can relate to it. All the episodes are available on YouTube.

Workplace Drama
The truth of corporate is based on frequent encounters with frustrating situations, pointless gossips and numerous clashes among colleagues over silly reasons. This series describes that upto a huge extent and it seems they have already found a huge viewership among the corporate geeks.

The story revolves, as obvious, around a Mr. Das who is the eye - candy of his office. He is adorable, sensitive, and a happy-go-lucky guy.

But as it occurs with most of good men, he faces the flak of office politics and gossip and feels cornered. But unlike others, he doesn't give up and decides to give it back to those who stand in his way.

There is one particular episode which got attention of the viewers in particular where he has a one-on-one with hs boss over his leaves. That is itself enough to leave you laughing and thinking at the same time, "What would have I done?"

Must watch for all office-goers, not only for typical corporate jokes but also for getting a fresh angle on how to deal with the office issues. Really fresh and entertaining one, this!
