A Movie That You Will Never See!

The film name is 100 Years : The Movie you will never see. The film stars John Malkovich who is also the writer of the film. The film was announced in November 2015.

The idea of the film came from Louis XIII Cognac. For those who don't know what a Cognac is, It is a variety of brandy which is named after the town of Cognac in France. In 1850, Rémy Martin V came into possession of a metallic flask supposedly discovered at the site of the 1569 Battle of Jarnac. In 1874, in honor of the House’s 150th anniversary, he designed a glass replica of the flask to use as the vessel for his cognac, which was named "Grande Champagne Very Old – Age Unknown." The name Louis XIII was chosen later on, as a tribute to King Louis XIII, who encouraged the sale of eaux de vie under his reign.

Since the release of the film currently has a very long run to go, it has been kept at the town of Cognac, France in a High Tech bulletproof glass case with a timer of 100 years which will automatically open on the set date.

The makers have released 3 teasers of the film. Although, these teasers have nothing to do with the film. These teasers just show us 3 possible different future worlds and the plot of the film has been kept a complete secret. The passes for the premiere of the film has been distributed among 1000 people who can pass on the passes to their respective descendants.

These kinds of ideas generally are not appreciated. But, a unique and different idea can make you think about it. We, the one who is reading and the one who wrote this blog, will never see this film. We can only hope that our descendants might get a chance to see this kind of epic.
