You watch Game of Thrones , we get it. You also follow Sherlock Holmes and Suits because who doesn't? It's the only way to be socially accepted as a 'cool' member. But apart from the regularly hyped series, there's still a whale of series out on Netflix that has fans in every niche but fails to get the mainstream attention that Game of Thrones enjoys. Let's have a look at them.

1) The Walking Dead

Now in its 7th season and based on a graphic novel of the same name, if you're into zombies, gore, and a series that questions human morals in a world without laws, you've come to the right place! The Walking Dead is every zombie fanatics dream and more because here the enemies are not only zombies, but also humans who have betrayed humanity in a bid to survive. In a world with no right or wrong, how do you survive? Watch to find out!

2) Hannibal

You have a psychiatrist who is a serial killer and a cannibal, you have his patient - an FBI criminal profiler who actually empathizes with the doctor and is haunted by this facet of his personality, and voila! You have one of the best TV series ever made! Statutory warning that this series contains more gore that you can imagine. Danish actor Mads Mikkelson plays his role with flourish and one can only shiver when he proclaims that he's having an "old friend" for dinner. Three episodes in, you're sure to be fangirling over the series to an 'unappetizing' extent.

3) Firefly

Created by Josh Wheadon and Nathan Fillion's shot to fame before Castle , the show is set 500 years into the future where a renegade crew aboard a small spacecraft battles survival while travelling to unknown far flung areas of the galaxy. High on drama and tailor made for sci-fi and Doctor Who fans.

4) House of Cards

The entire series can be summed up in one word: REVENGE. Except that the one exacting the revenge is not an ordinary man but a powerful Congressman and the ones being subjected to his wrath are his own cabinet members and the President of the United States. Fast-paced, vicious and thrilling, this series is for everyone suffering from a Sherlock hangover.

5) Arrow

Overlooked and un-analyzed, Arrow may not enjoy the attention of Marvel's superhero movies/series but it certianly should. A potent combination of dark characters, addictive plot and villains, Arrow is about a spoilt plauboy billionare named Oliver Queen who goes missing and presumed dead when his yacht is lost at sea. 5 years down the line, he returned shrouded in a hood and determined to clean the city of grime armed with only a bow.

And it goes on...

The list is certainly never-ending with some animated series like Avatar: The Last Airbender and Rick and Morty occupying top slots. As well as series like Breaking Bad, Friends and more which will always be fan favourites. Got more? Comment their names and let us know.
