However, the editing is a bit sloppy as a lot of unnecessary scenes were included to induce an added emotional bond, which again is a minus point.
The dots could've been well arranged and left for the viewers to notice.

The Basketball diaries is an exceptional portrayal of justice to the relationship between the conveyers and the viewers.
