How I Met your Mother is a sit-com which began in 2005 and it has Ted Mosby as its protagonist who tells his children the story of how he met their mother. The story is a long and interesting one as he tells them about his quest for love and shares the fun time he had with his friends which include- Barney(Neil P. Harris), Marshal(Jason Segel), Lily(Alyson Hannigan) and Robin(Cobie Smulders).
What makes this sit-com special is the chemistry the characters share with each other. This chemistry is what makes the show so real. Moreover it is full of heart warming moments between each of these friends. The comedy part of the show is not laugh out loud but it always keeps a smile on your face as the show is full of funny moments which last long in your memories. The lives of these friends and the experiences they have keeps you engaged and the fun that they have becomes our fun as well. All of the lead actors do exceptionally well in their roles but the star of the show is Neil P. Harris who is absolutely legen........dary in his role and never gives you a dull moment with his catchy lines and his playbook and so on. The only complaint one can have is that the jokes tend to become repetitive and the last two seasons seem to be bit of a drag on. Otherwise an awesome experience.

This movie is the story of Janardan Jhakkad a middle class Delhi boy who dreams of becoming a rock star nd plans to do so by getting his heart broken by the college "heart breaking machine"(played by Nargis Fakhiri).
The story of the movie is basically the story of Devdas with a tadka of music as when Nargis Fakhiri leaves Ranbir Kapoor he looses his mind, starts drinking, does strange antics and becomes a rockstar because apparently "Toote hue dil se sangeet nikalta hai". Imtiaz Ali tries to unnecessarily complicate this simple story by running it in a series of flashbacks and present day scenarios but it only adds to the confusion and promotes disinterest in an already banal story.
Nargis Fakhiri acts poorly in her role of a spoilt Delhi girl who becomes weak due to illness. Aditi Rao Hydari does well in her role which is surplus to requirements.
The reason this movie has been given three stars is Ranbir Kapoor who plays both his roles ie the simple Delhi boy Janardan who asks for more chutney with samosa and the maverick rockstar JJ who breaks down in middle of a performance, beats policemen, shows his middle finger publicly and breaks into the house of his love in Prague, with flair and confidence. The second star of the movie is A.R Rehman whose music is tremendous and probably the only thing to look forward to as it touches your heart while complimenting a weak narration. Watch it only if you are a big Ranbir Kapoor fan.

Udaan is a movie that portrays the middle class Indian society and its stigmatic approach to things with honesty and prefection
Rajat Barmecha portrays the role of an Indian teenager who gets kicked out of his boarding school when he is caught watching an adult film. As a result of his suspension, he is arrives home to his dictator father and is surprised to know that he has a step brother. He is forced to study engineering and work with his father despite his pronounced interest in poetry. He finds solace in his uncle and a group of friends he forms at a local bar.
Ronit Roy is absolutely phenomenal as the "Hitler dad" and invokes fear and disgust at the same time. Ram Kapoor acts well in his role of the supportive uncle who is also subjected to the taunts of his brother. Aayan Boradia portrays the role of the younger brother with innocence. But what really sets this movie apart is some moments and scenes which are so real that they touch your heart be it the conversations between the father and son or the conversation between the brothers, be it the drunk conversations of Rohan with his friends or stealing the car to have fun everything is very real. Vikramaditya Motwane uses the background score and the scenery to great effect as he shows despair and ultimately hope rising from despair with apt scenery and background score to describe both situations. A special mention to the poems which Rohan recites. These poems are beautifully written and perfectly deliver the movie's message. The only problem which I can find is the pace at which this movie goes and it could have been faster. But the ending makes up for all of it as it leaves you inspired and happy.

Ishan Mohan reviewed Suits
Suits is an american legal drama series which started airing in 2011 and is running successfully into its 5th season. The story deals with Harvey Spectre, the best closer in NYC who hires a non Harvard graduate Mike Ross as his associate and projects him as a Harvard graduate.
The beauty and brilliance of Suits lies in the fact that it shows various human bonds in a law firm with sheer honesty and how these relationships are affected due to the problems within and outside their firms. Sarah Raffetry is awesome as the "know all" Donna. Gina Torres shines as the ambitious and stoic Jessica Pearson. Rick Hoffman is absolutely phenomenal as the irritating Louis Litt. Meghan Markle looks stunning in her role and acts beautifully as well. But the stars of the show are Patrick Adams and Garbiel Macht as Mike Ross and Harvey Spectre respectively. The two make the perfect team as they use Mike's photographic memory and Harvey's charm and acumen to tackle complex legal problems which come to their firm and civil wars within the office as well. The two share a warm relationship which is good to watch as they go on reciting dialogues from movies and winning cases. Mike and Rachel look good together and you cant help but like them. The cases which Mike and Harvey tackle are challenging and enthralling and force you to think with them while the overall story progresses and keeps you engaged. Overall an awesome series.
