Top Indian Web-series of 2016.

After the successes of Pitchers and Permanent Roommates , TVF has once again shown that they are the leaders of the Indian Youtube webseries (We talk about two more shows soon). The show is about three siblings who take a road trip together and soon hilarity ensues.
Starring Sumeet Vyas and Manvi Gagroo from TVF's previous shows and Amol Parashar in the lead, this show perfectly blends humor, drama and that familiar feeling of brotherhood.

The typical guy comedy for the night is definitely this. Based on the lives of four guys who live together, this show focuses on how they have fun in an otherwise melancholic life. The show is brought to you by the same guys who gave us the Pyaar Ka Punchnama movies and can be rightly said the series counterpart of the movie.

Another gem from the guys at TVF. The show stars a fictional version of TVF co-founder Vipul Goyal as he struggles being a not-so-famous stand-up comedian in a world full of competition.
The show is quite and hasn't even ended yet but it's outstanding writing and acting is enough to make it a part of the list. Plus the show features a lot of cameos of comedians like Tanmay Bhatt, Sapan Verma etc.

YFilms have started making some great shows and Ladies Room is another one in their list of top shows. Starring Saba Azad and Shreya Dhanthanwary, the show chronicles the life of two besties, Dingo and Khanna and their crazy misadventures, all of which take place in different toilets.
The show is funny, mad and works like a charm due to the amazing chemistry between the two leads.

The funny Anand Tiwari takes on Youtube as the Papa who is so free with his son Pappu that he explains him everything. Sex Chat with Pappu & Papa might be the sex-ed lessons that we all deserve but we never really got.
The show got polarised reviews by people because many thought it wasn't appropriate for kids to know about the things that are shown in it. But let's be honest, we came to know much of these stuff earlier in our childhood and this show is actually an appropriate way to learn things, also being hilarious at the same time.

Another channel that is coming to everyone's radar is Arre. Their satirical take on Indian TV is hilarious and takes an interesting take on the lives of actors who try to make it big in the television industry.
The show works for a lot of reasons. Its filled with sarcasm and really smart humor and a roster of really talented actors.

Another one from Arre. But this not a funny one. This is one hell of a thriller with Raghu and Rajiv as the antagonist. The show is based on a coder who creates a virtual app but all shit breaks lose when the app becomes a sentient.
The show does have some loopholes and problems with being consistent but the show has one hell of a story with twists and turns and the crazily good performance by the two Roadies twins.

The last one from Arre onto the list and most probably the best one by them. The show is about a young intern named Spandan Chukya, who comes to Mumbai to make his dreams come true but realizes soon enough that it it's actually going to be tougher than he even imagines.
The show stars some great talents like Sunny Kaushal, Gopal Datt, Anand Tiwari, Aahana Kumra and Sumeet Vyas. This show is everything you are looking for. It's funny, emotional and roller coaster of emotions.

The show is about a wannabe actor who comes to Mumbai to stay with his cousin but gets wierded out when he discovers his cousin, Rohit, is actaully gay.
The show is hilarious as it shows all the different ways the cousins get together with each other's lifestyles. The show stars Amit Khanna, who also produces it, and won't be wrong to say that he just knocks it out off the park!

The boys are back in the Delhi University. And Wake and Bake is back in business too! Scoop Whoop's magnum opus once again recreates the Delhi University vibes in the second season.
The trio is back and they embark on much more hilarious adventures as they struggle for their position and face rivals on their face.

The new era Indian love story of Tanya and Mikesh, that everyone adored in the first season comes back with much more drama and humor. The show is a romantic comedy and by far definitely the best one in Youtube.
The show has some great performances from both Sumeet Vyas and Nidhi Singh, who once again captures everyone's heart with their great chemistry. The show has aso embraced some veteran great actors like Asrani and Shishir Sharma.

So what are you waiting for? It's time to binge watch them all.
