You're now reading about a piece of art named Breaking Bad. To all the readers. If you've still not seen this EPIC show, please do yourself a huge favor and go watch it right NOW! The show created by Vince Gilligan, had gained immense popularity and applause for it's amazing content and an exceptional cast, namely Bryan Cranston, Anna Gunn, Aaron Paul, Dean Norris, Betsy Brandt, R.J. Mitte, Bob Odenkirk, Jonathan Banks and Giancarlo Esposito. To put forward the stats, Breaking Bad is the highest-rated TV Show in IMDb. The show was so good that it cranked out a 'best scene' an hour at a time, once a week. Unfortunately, it ain't possible to list them all. So here I present some of the greatest 20 moments from Breaking Bad which completely amazed us!

20. Jesse Throws Away His Money

For all the internal struggle that each character endured throughout the final season, none appeared more battered, bruised and broken than Jesse. In one of the most interesting episodes of Season 5, Aaron Paul is seen chucking his millions out of his car window like a paperboy as he drove through a local street at night.

19. Death By ATM

In one of the shocking and surprising moments of Season 2, we see two drug addicts arguing whilst one of them is trying to open up the bottom of a stolen ATM machine. What comes next was definitely a shocker! The man gets his head squished by the ATM machine. This scene once again proved why Breaking Bad was bang on with their dark humor!

18. Run!

Jessie plans to take revenge on Thomas' killers and arranges a meeting with them. Right when things are about to go bad for Jessie, Walter appears in his Aztek and fixes the problem. The way Walt runs over the two guys with his car, and then shoots one of them on the head, just let's you know what's gonna be next!

17. Walt Watches Jane Die

Jesse's association with his girlfriend Jane had bothered Walt. He saw Jane as someone who's getting in the way of his success. In a scene where she and Jesse spiraled out of control, Walt was fully capable of saving Jane from the drug overdose, but instead he watches her die.

16. Crawl Space

Undoubtedly one of the most breathtaking scenes in the whole series! Walt looks for his money to save him and his family from Gustavo Fring and his thugs. What he discovers next and his reaction to it can be simply described as 'Epic'. This scene is the best proof of Bryan Cranston's brilliant acting skills.

15. Gale's Death

One of the saddest moments in Breaking Bad is when Jesse shoots Gale. It was Walt who convinces Jesse to kill Gale. He reasons that Gus can't stop production, and with Gale out of the picture, Gus would have no choice but to keep Walt. Jesse's excellent acting skills are put to display in this scene.

14. The Great Train Robbery

You've seen many train robbery sequences in the past, but this one's different! Removing a tank load of Methylamine and replacing it with water from a stationary train is almost impossible. But there's hardly anything that Heisenberg aka Walt cannot do. Walt and Jesse, along with Todd pull off a great train robbery with ease. It's shot so brilliantly, that you can completely relate with the situation. The scene builds up the suspense to such a level that you definitely won't forget it easily.

13. Walt Fights Skyler And Loses His Family

We all saw it coming, didn't we? But none believed the fight would be so violent that Skyler will raise a knife to fight Walt. When she grabbed the kitchen knife, stakes were raised in a way they had never been for the embattled couple, and Walter Jr. coming to her mother's rescue was also a shocking moment. Oh, and don't forget Walt taking Holly once the fight was over!

12. Hank Confronts Walt

When Hank found Gale’s copy of 'Leaves of Grass' inscribed to Walt, we knew the DEA agent would soon reveal that his brother-in-law is the infamous Heisenberg. The scene was the ultimate payoff for fans who have watched Hank investigate Heisenberg for years, only to discover that the meth kingpin was none other than Walter White.

11. The Prison Massacre

Just when you thought Walt cannot go any more Druglord on us, he soon devises a plan to kill 9 prison inmates and a lawyer within a single 2 minute margin. One of the darkest and gruesome scenes in the series, this brutal killing is surely one of the highlights of Season 5.

10. "I Am The One Who Knocks"

With Skyler doubting her family's safety, Walt makes sure that when it comes to danger, he is the one to be afraid of. This scene proves he's not Walter White anymore. He is the Heisenberg. This was the biggest turning point for Skyler's character.

9. The Acid/ Bathtub Incident

Any one who has seen Breaking Bad remembers this scene very clearly. It was the first time the show took a bold and decisive move. This was the first out of the many killings by Walt & Jesse. One also gets an idea of the style of dark humor that would be seen in the show.

8. Hank Vs. The Cousins

It's bloody, hectic and one of the most engaging scenes from all of Breaking Bad. This showed that Breaking Bad was not afraid to kill your favorite characters off, or quite badly injure them.

7. The Cartel Poisoning

Gustavo Fring, being my personal favorite, pulls of this scene brilliantly. This scene where Gustavo reunites with an 'old friend' who is also in charge of the Mexican drug cartel is simple but pulled off in a unique and stylish way. Though he's the bad guy in the series, the way he executes his plan to perfection and, the cartel going down one by one, somehow brings a smile to your face.

6. Exploding Meth

Negotiating with a psycho drug dealer like Tuco Salamanca is not an easy affair. When Walt steps into Tuco's headquarters to get payback for Jesse, he's packing more than a few kind words. In this case it's not meth, but mercury. Blowing a hole in the side of the building, makes Tuco see Walt means business!

5. Hank's Death

A moment we all saw coming but still shocked and saddened us. In a shootout between Hank and Jack with his gang, Hank is left out-numbered and staring down the barrel of the gun. Walt tries to save convince Jack, but his attempt was unsuccessful. Hank remains defiant until his last breath, and we can see the anguish on Walt’s face when Uncle Jack reaffirms his true colors.

4. Mike's Death

After Gale's death in Season 3, this was the saddest moment when Walt shot Mike. Being pissed off at Walt, Mike takes the opportunity to rant at him, that all the disasters that have occurred since he killed Gus are his fault, due his pride and ego. In a fit of rage, Walt shoots him. After this scene, Walt was hated by a lot of people for the death of old Mike.

3. "Say My Name!"

An iconic scene that spawned arguably the most famous line in the television history. It's a great scene to open an episode with, and it cements the fact that Heisenberg has taken over from Walt. It's brief, but makes a point.

2. Face Off

Ever since the introduction of Gus Fring, things were difficult for Walt and Jesse. They tried to get rid of him, but all their attempts had failed. Although Gus takes down the cartel by his own, avoids a car bomb and builds a drug empire, he's no match for Heisenberg and one disgruntled enemy, Hector Salamanca. During his visit to Salamanca at his nursing home, Gus falls right into Walt's explosive trap. This iconic scene leaves you both surprised and relieved.

1. Rest In Peace, Heisenberg!

No season finale in the history of television has invited as much speculation as Breaking Bad’s 'Felina', but no one could have predicted the show’s explosive end. The biggest meth empire, run by the slavery of Jesse, the Neo-Nazis, and Lydia, came to a welcomed fall all at the hands of the genius chemist, Walter White. The cold but acknowledging nod between Walt and Jesse summed up the turbulence of their past. And the accepting smile of Walt as he laid lifelessly on the cold floor of the Lab revealed that happiness had finally reached an existence of regret. This was the perfect ending to an extraordinary show, and is by far my favorite episode. While writing this section, I sat down to watch the finale, and having tears in my eyes, I end it here! LONG LIVE BREAKING BAD!
